RAFA GORROTXATEGI

Rafa is the third generation of the Gorrotxategi family. He worked with his father José Mari, and trained in pastry and chocolate, including three of the best in the world: Antonio Escribá (El Mago del Chocolate) in Barcelona, Robert Linxe de la Maison du Chocolat in Paris, and Paco Torreblanca’s Totel in Elda (Alacant).

 

His love for chocolate has made him a spectacular tool collection for more than 30 years, which is now open to the public at the Chocolate Museum, in Tolosa, for everyone’s enjoyment.
